- We start with a checklist.
- After a new checklist is created, we collect feedback and questions to expand the checklist into a workbook.
- After the workbook is published, we collect feedback and questions to expand the workbook into a masterclass. Depending on the complexity of the topic the workbook is sometimes removed completely to prevent readers from wasting time on content that does not provide enough in-depth guidance.

While a junior level marketer can open the campaign planner and follow the guides to implement each step in the roadmap, when it comes to the generic project roadmaps in the project portal, it is expected that a senior level marketer will know which of the steps in the roadmap should be adjusted or removed for unique client businesses. In the campaign planner, tactics & strategies are organized in the order in which you should use them based on the unique company profile.
In the project portal you have two generic roadmaps.
The “white label” version of a roadmap has the importance of each step explained to the client for you. I set it up this way, because I found it VERY annoying when a new client would “nit-pick” every single step in a project roadmap (looking for a way to cut corners to save a few bucks). The explanations are designed to help your client understand why cutting one step in the roadmap actually causes them to loose $1,000s NOT save $100.
The “with instructions” version of the roadmap uses a straight forward method of explaining to your junior level marketers precisely how to implement each task in a project roadmap. This was version was designed to enable your senior level marketers to spend less time on training, corrections and double checking work. All that a senior level marketer needs to do is verify that that the project template (in its original form) is suitable for a junior level marketer to follow along & implement.
Additionally, the “with instructions” versions of each project template help your junior level marketers to learn how to implement more effective methods faster.

Here is how to use the Export Add-On:
1. Change the parameters in the settings page to reflect those of a specific client.
2. Purchase the Export Add-On (you may need to clear your cookies & cache).
3. Filter the results to view the recommendations you’d like to implement on your client project (based on keywords, timeline and budget).
4. Export them to CSV, EXCEL or PDF to drop into your brochure, client report or proposal.

How to Use Molo9’s™ Project Management Portal
The real benefit of the agency plan lies in the project portal & templates. The templates are for evergreen projects, meaning as you complete the project for a client, you also create a list of future deliverables which are not a part of the scope of that project. This is designed to reduce friction with retaining clients & increase your LTV.

You can provide clients with a direct link to the project.
Unless you want this to be a publicly available project, we recommend keeping the “hide from search engines” setting left on.
Once you’ve created the project, you can simply copy and paste the project web address into an email, Slack or other communication tool. For example, if you have a project located at https://molo9.co/panorama/seo-project-for-company-xyz you can just send them that link directly.
NOTE: Using this method you will be unable to assign users to the project preventing the assignment of tasks or sending of notifications. To assign users tasks & send notifications they must have a Molo9™ employee account.

CAC stands for Cost of Customer Acquisition, or Customer Acquisition Cost. CAC helps us to determine if you are using the best options to attract new customers. If your CAC is higher than your industry’s average this is a strong indicator that you are NOT using the best strategies to win new customers.

LTV, also known as CLTV stands for Customer Lifetime Value. This is an estimate of how much money we expect a single customer to spend at a particular company over the length of their transactional relationship with the company.
This number does not only indicate how much money we should spend on acquiring new customers, but it also guides us to know which segments of the market are most lucrative to pursue.
As your company grows you will find that investing in better content, product diversification and customer care can dramatically increase your LTV.

GCR is the percentage of: foot traffic, web traffic, etc. that completes your desired goal. An easy and free way to track your GCR is via Google Analytics. Click here to read Google’s guide on how to create and track a goal in Google Analytics.
In retail and other brick & mortar settings, QR codes can help you to bring your physical customers to an online setting where you can easily track GCR.
