Why do some product descriptions & website blogs include so much content that you’ll never read?

The more information that you provide for a product, even if some of it seems irrelevant, the more likely that people will feel assured enough to make a purchase.



Look at all of the information that this supplier included on the home page:

  1. FDA notifications
  2. Clinical studies
  3. Patents
  4. Research collaborators
  5. A benefits box
  6. A video on the importance of cellular health
  7. Testimonials

  1. Choose how you will deliver your abundance of information: via a product description, a blog or case study pages.
  2. From there Google “examples of great product descriptions”, “examples of great case studies”, or follow this process to create a mega post.
